Functieomschrijving: Voor een professionele en klantgerichte organisatie binnen de automotive branche zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste Service Adviseur Autoschade. In deze veelzijdige functie ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en zorg je ervoor dat alles rondom schade, reparaties en werkplaatsafspraken soepel verloopt. Wat ga je doen? Als Service Adviseur ben jij het visitekaartje van de vestiging en de belangrijke schakel tussen klanten en de monteurs in de werkplaats. Je ontvangt klanten, luistert naar hun wensen en zorgt ervoor dat afspraken duidelijk worden vastgelegd en opgevolgd. Je weet goed het overzicht te bewaren, ook wanneer het druk is. Met jouw klantgerichte instelling, organisatorisch inzicht en prettige manier van communiceren zorg je ervoor dat klanten zich welkom en goed geholpen voelen. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Ontvangen en te woord staan van klanten aan de servicebalie; - Beantwoorden van telefoontjes en afhandelen van klantvragen; - Inplannen en coördineren van schade afspraken; - Afstemmen van werkzaamheden en planningen met de monteurs; - Bestellen van onderdelen en bewaken van de voortgang; - Informeren van klanten over werkzaamheden, planning en eventuele bijzonderheden; - Verzorgen van de bijbehorende administratieve werkzaamheden.
