Service Adviseur Frontoffice Rijk van Nijmegen 3.500 - 4.430 MBO-er (nivo-4) 40 - 45 uur Merkdealer Tijdelijk waarna vast Delen Solliciteer Werkplek en werkzaamheden Voor onze opdrachtgever zijn wij op zoek naar een Service Adviseur Frontoffice die affiniteit heeft met Bedrijfswagens. Dit bedrijf staat bekend als een betrouwbare dealer en onderhoudspartner. Zij hebben een breed aanbod op het gebied van zakelijk transport. Ben je op zoek naar een baan met volop mogelijkheden om jezelf te ontwikkelen? En wil je daarnaast werken in een hecht team met enthousiaste collega's? Werkzaamheden: - reguliere werkplaatsplanning - inzet vervangend vervoer - standaard reparatie- en onderhoudadviezen - standaard calculaties herstelwerkzaamheden - opstellen werkorders vanuit de voorgeschreven DM-programmatuur - telefonische verkoop meerwerk (particulier/zakelijk) - toestemming verkrijgen ter uitvoering werkzaamheden (ROB) - regulier voortgangsoverleg werkplaats (∆) - factuuruitleg & retouruitgifte gereedstaand voertuig - standaard facturatie (baliefacturen) - standaard garantievoorbereiding (balie) Omdat hier wordt gewerkt met lichte en zware bedrijfswagens én trucks, verloopt alles net even anders dan in een werkplaats voor personenwagens. Klanten hebben vaak meerdere voertuigen in hun vloot, waaronder ook specialistische voertuigen zoals brandweerauto's of betonwagens. Vervangend vervoer is dan niet zomaar geregeld, waardoor een goede relatie met de klant extra belangrijk is in deze functie. Aan de andere kant is het werk over het algemeen wat overzichtelijker dan in personenwagenwerkplaatsen, waar je vaker te maken hebt met spontane binnenlopers, piekmomenten en wachtende klanten.
