Bij de service-frontoffice van een merkdealer in bedrijfsvoertuigen in de regio Utrechtse Heuvelrug is plek voor een Service Adviseur die dat verhaal begrijpt en er structuur in brengt. Een werkplek waar snelheid en klantcontact hand in hand gaan, en waar jouw dagelijks werk direct effect heeft op hoe snel klanten weer aan het rijden zijn. Wat ga je doen? Klanten ontvangen met hun bedrijfswagen, het opnamegesprek voeren en de vraag vertalen naar een werkorder voor de werkplaats. Tussen aanname en oplevering ben jij de stem die de klant op de hoogte houdt, zeker als er iets verschuift in tijd of werk. Bij oplevering loop je het werk met de klant door in heldere taal, zodat ze precies weten wat er is gedaan en wanneer ze weer op de weg staan. Korte lijnen met de werkplaats horen erbij, want jij en zij weten samen wat er speelt voor de klant. Wat verwachten we van jou? Ervaring als Service Adviseur is een vereiste, bij voorkeur in de bedrijfswagen- of trucksector waar het ritme anders is dan bij personenauto's. Bekendheid met INCADEA of een vergelijkbaar dealer management systeem is een grote pré, zodat je hier snel op tempo bent. Je werkt nauwkeurig, communiceert helder en hebt een prettige manier om klanten rustig te houden, ook als de druk oploopt. Een fulltime rol in een gevestigde organisatie waar het werk serieus wordt genomen. Collega's die er voor elkaar staan, korte lijnen tussen frontoffice en werkplaats, en de ruimte om je in dit segment verder te ontwikkelen.
