Bij Pouw Rijssen ben jij de schakel tussen klant en techniek. Je zorgt dat afspraken kloppen, klanten weten waar ze aan toe zijn en je collega's in de werkplaats goed verder kunnen. Dit ga je doen Je start je dag met het voorbereiden van de planning. Daarna schakel je tussen klanten, telefoontjes en collega's. Jij: - ontvangt klanten en bespreekt hun wensen. - maakt duidelijke werkopdrachten voor de werkplaats. - plant onderhoud, reparaties en aflevermomenten. - houdt klanten op de hoogte van de voortgang. - bereidt facturen voor en licht werkzaamheden toe. - werkt nauw samen met monteurs, magazijn en verkoop. Met jouw ervaring zie je snel wat nodig is. Je houdt overzicht, denkt vooruit en zorgt voor rust bij de klant en in de werkplaats. Dit ben jij Jij helpt klanten graag en vindt het belangrijk dat afspraken kloppen. Je communiceert duidelijk, schakelt makkelijk en blijft rustig als het druk is. Je neemt ervaring mee, denkt vooruit en weet hoe belangrijk goed contact tussen klant en werkplaats is. Je past goed bij Pouw Rijssen als je houdt van een nuchtere werksfeer, gezelligheid en samen de schouders eronder zetten. Werken bij Pouw Rijssen Bij Pouw Rijssen werk je samen met een servicemanager, een werkplaatschef, een magazijnmedewerker, vier Service Adviseurs en acht Monteurs. Er is veel kennis aanwezig en door de korte lijnen kun je snel schakelen. De sfeer is professioneel, nuchter en gezellig. We helpen elkaar, spreken duidelijk af wat er moet gebeuren en zorgen samen dat klanten graag bij ons terugkomen. Pouw heeft ruim 550 medewerkers, 11 vestigingen en 2 schadeherstelbedrijven.
