Werken bij IVECO Service Adviseur Utrecht Wat ga je doen? Als Service Adviseur ben jij hét aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten en de schakel tussen klant, werkplaats en magazijn. Deze functie staat op meerdere van onze vestigingen open. Kies bij je sollicitatie je voorkeursvestiging. Je speelt een belangrijke rol in het hele serviceproces. Je werkt nauw samen met je collega's van de front- en backoffice en zorgt voor een efficiënte afhandeling van klantvragen en administratieve processen. Jij bent de schakel tussen de klant, werkplaats en het magazijn. - Aannemen en verwerken van klantverzoeken (telefonisch, per mail of aan de balie) tot duidelijke werkopdrachten voor onze monteurs - Klanten proactief informeren over de voortgang van reparatie of onderhoud - Beheren en coördineren van claim- en facturatieprocessen voor reparatie- en onderhoudswerkzaamheden - Opstellen en verstrekken van offertes aan klanten - Indienen van goedkeuringsaanvragen via ROB-net - Bewaken van budgetten voor reparatie- en onderhoudscontracten en garantieclaims - Initiëren van het dagelijkse overleg tussen frontoffice, backoffice en werkplaats Dit staat er tegenover - Een uitstekend salaris, passend bij jouw ervaring (op basis van 38 uur, excl. overuren) - Extra beloning: overwerktoeslagen van 130% en 150% - Veel vrije tijd: 25 vakantiedagen per jaar + mogelijkheid om extra dagen te kopen - Altijd vrij op 5 mei, zonder dat dit een vakantiedag kost - Een aantrekkelijk vitaliteitspakket: fietsplan, bedrijfsfitness en gratis fruit - Een goede pensioenregeling via PMT - Reiskostenvergoeding van € 0,21 per km (woon-werk) en € 0,33 per km (zakelijk) - Persoonlijke aandacht: bloemen op je verjaardag en het kwartaalmagazine "Wij van Schouten " - Ontwikkelmogelijkheden: trainingen via de IVECO Academy en doorgroeikansen binnen de Schouten Groep - Gezelligheid: een actieve personeelsvereniging en samen met collega's naar het Truckstar Festival!
