Als Service Adviseur ben jij de schakel tussen onze klanten en het werkplaatsteam. Je verwelkomt klanten hartelijk, luistert naar hun wensen en vertaalt deze naar heldere werkorders. Je coördineert het volledige onderhouds- en reparatieproces aan DAF & IVECO Daily voertuigen, en zorgt ervoor dat alles vlot en correct verloopt.

Op een doorsnee werkdag start je met het inplannen van serviceafspraken en het opstellen van werkorders. Je houdt continu contact met klanten over de voortgang van hun voertuigen en stemt alles af met het technische team. Dankzij jouw organisatorisch talent blijft het overzicht bewaard en krijgen klanten tijdig hun voertuigen terug.

  • Je hebt minstens hoger secundair onderwijs, graduaat, professionele of academische bachelor, of master
  • Je hebt minstens 1 jaar relevante werkervaring in een servicegerichte rol
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands
  • Je bent klantgericht en beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden
  • Je hebt organisatorisch talent en plant efficiënt
  • Affiniteit met vrachtwagentechniek is een plus, geen vereiste
  • Je voelt je thuis in een teamgerichte omgeving
  • Zowel junior, medior als senior kandidaten zijn welkom
