Service Adviseur Nieuwbouw We zoeken een Service Adviseur Nieuwbouw die overzicht houdt, makkelijk schakelt en energie krijgt van een afwisselende rol tussen klant, werkplaats, verkoop en administratie. Je bent iemand die gestructureerd werkt, duidelijk communiceert en graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt. Je hebt technische affiniteit met trucks en bedrijfswagens en je vindt het leuk om planningen, werkorders en afleveringen goed te organiseren. Daarbij denk je in oplossingen, houd je het klantbelang voor ogen en zorg je dat collega's weten waar ze aan toe zijn. Dit ga je doen - De voertuigplanning bijhouden vanaf fabriek geleverde voertuigen tot aflevering aan de klant; - Het coördineren van de planning direct sales voertuigen; - Aansturen en plannen van oproepchauffeurs; - Het maken van de afleverplanning in samenwerking met de Sales Engineer; - Het maken van de poetsplanning in samenwerking met de externe poetser; - In samenwerking met afdeling Binnendienst aflevering afstemmen, zodat afleverdocumenten en facturering geregeld zijn; - Demo's beheren; - Werkorders afwikkelen en factureren in Pinewood; - Standonderhoud bewaken; - Kentekenplaten bestellen; - Het voorbereiden van werkorders; - Aannemen, voorbereiden en plannen van werkzaamheden met de Voorman en Monteurs; - Voorbereiden van werkopdrachten voor Monteurs; - Registreren en afhandelen van klachten en het doorzetten naar de Voorman. Profiel Service Adviseur Nieuwbouw Wie jij bent - MBO 4 Autotechniek, Bedrijfsautotechniek, Werktuigbouwkunde of andere relevante technische opleiding; - Technische affiniteit met trucks, bedrijfswagens of automotive in het algemeen; - Aanvullende branchegerichte trainingen en certificaten zijn een pré en kun je via ons volgen; - 2 - 5 jaar werkervaring in de automotive- en/of truckbranche; - Ervaring met digitale systemen en automatisering; - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden; - Je bent gestructureerd, denkt in oplossingen en klantgericht.
