Als Service Adviseur bij Van Mossel Ford in Breda ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten die hun auto brengen voor onderhoud of reparatie. Je plant afspraken, stemt de werkzaamheden af met de werkplaats en zorgt dat klanten duidelijk weten waar zij aan toe zijn. Met jouw communicatieve vaardigheden, organisatorisch talent en klantgerichte aanpak draag je bij aan een soepel werkplaatsproces en een goede klantervaring. Service Adviseur Ford Als Service Adviseur vorm je de verbinding tussen de klant en de werkplaats. Je ontvangt klanten, bespreekt welke werkzaamheden aan hun auto nodig zijn en zorgt dat alle afspraken correct worden vastgelegd. Ook achter de schermen houd je overzicht. Je maakt werkorders aan, bewaakt de voortgang en stemt de werkzaamheden af met je collega's in de werkplaats. Na afloop bespreek je de uitgevoerde werkzaamheden en de factuur met de klant. Geen dag is hetzelfde. Je schakelt voortdurend tussen klantcontact, planning, administratie en overleg met de werkplaats. Wat ga je doen? Als Service Adviseur ben je verantwoordelijk voor: - plannen van werkplaatsafspraken en ontvangen van klanten; - bespreken en vastleggen van onderhouds- en reparatiewerkzaamheden; - aanmaken en verwerken van werkorders; - coördineren van de werkzaamheden in de werkplaats; - beantwoorden van vragen van klanten; - zorgvuldig en klantgericht afhandelen van klachten; - bespreken van facturen; - toelichten van de uitgevoerde werkzaamheden.
