Voor onze Volvo-vestiging in Lelystad zijn wij op zoek naar een fulltime Serviceadviseur. Als serviceadviseur bij Volvo Jacob Schaap heb je een afwisselende functie met veel klantcontact. Jij bent een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten en vormt de schakel tussen de klant en onze werkplaats. Je ontvangt klanten, bespreekt onderhouds- en reparatiewerkzaamheden en zorgt ervoor dat zij gedurende het hele proces weten waar ze aan toe zijn. Daarbij vinden we persoonlijk contact, duidelijkheid en eerlijk advies belangrijk. Wat ga je doen? Je plant werkplaatsafspraken en zorgt voor een goede voorbereiding van de werkzaamheden. Je maakt werkorders en offertes, houdt de voortgang in de werkplaats in de gaten en stemt eventuele aanvullende werkzaamheden af met de klant. Samen met onze monteurs en andere collega's zorg je ervoor dat de planning goed verloopt en onze klanten weer tevreden op weg kunnen. Geen dag is hetzelfde. De ene keer help je een klant met regulier onderhoud, de andere keer bespreek je een reparatie of denk je mee over de beste oplossing voor een technisch probleem. Wie zoeken wij? We zoeken vooral iemand die plezier haalt uit contact met mensen en graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt. Je bent communicatief sterk, werkt nauwkeurig en houdt ook op drukke momenten overzicht. Ervaring als serviceadviseur of binnen de automotive is mooi meegenomen. Belangrijker vinden we dat je klantgericht bent, affiniteit hebt met auto's en techniek en graag onderdeel wilt worden van ons team. Uiteraard ben je in het bezit van rijbewijs B.
