Als Service Advisor vervul je een sleutelrol en zorg je er voor dat jouw vestiging zich op vlak van service blijft onderscheiden in de sector.

  • Je beheert niet alleen het goed uitgerust magazijn maar als technisch receptionist organiseer en coördineer je ook de herstellingen en het onderhoud van de voertuigen van klanten.
  • Je volgt de onderhoudsschema’s op, staat in voor het opmaken, plannen en controleren van de werkorders en communiceert hierover met de werkplaatsverantwoordelijke. De vertaalslag naar het magazijn is voor jou een evidentie: je voorziet de techniekers van de nodige onderdelen, volgt de voorraad op en bent verantwoordelijk voor de inkoop.
  • Je rapporteert aan de vestigingsleider.
  • Doordat je de klant met de glimlach op de hoogte houdt, blijft deze tevreden over de service en de geleverde kwaliteit. Bovendien ervaren jouw collega’s in het atelier het als een plezier om met jou samen te werken.
  • Naast ruimte voor persoonlijke ontwikkeling en groei kom je terecht in een gevarieerde job met verantwoordelijkheid binnen een dynamische werkomgeving met korte lijnen. Medewerkers met zin voor initiatief worden sterk gewaardeerd en voelen zich snel thuis in de toegankelijke organisatie.
