Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden?

  • Je coördineert en organiseert het onderhoud en de reparaties van de voertuigen van de klanten
  • Kostenraming opmaken in samenspraak met de meestergast
  • Betalingsgaranties opvolgen met dealers
  • Onderhoudsschema nauwgezet opvolgen
  • Plannen, opstellen en controleren van werkorders
  • Je houdt klanten steeds op de hoogte van de status van hun voertuig en zorgt voor een positieve service ervaring
  • Duidelijke communicatie met de werkplaatsverantwoordelijke en het magazijn om een vlotte uitvoering te garanderen
  • Tot slot ondersteun je de meestergast waar nodig

Binnen deze functie rekenen we op volgende zaken:

  • Je bent in het bezit van een bachelordiploma of bent gelijkgesteld door jarenlange ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie
  • Klantvriendelijkheid en stressbestendigheid zijn essentieel, aangezien klanten vaak onder tijdsdruk staan en snel geholpen moeten worden
  • Technische kennis is een MUST!
  • Je kan vlot overweg met een computer en leert snel nieuwe programma's aan
  • Naast een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands kan je je ook goed uitdrukken in het Frans
  • In het bezit van een rijbewijs B
  • Je bent bereid om de ene week 36u te werken en de week nadien 40u te werken
  • Bovendien werk je 1 op 2 zaterdagen, enkel in de voormiddag
