Jouw job als service advisor in Mechelen

Als Service Advisor ben jij de belangrijke schakel tussen de klant en de werkplaats. Je zorgt ervoor dat klanten met een goed gevoel hun wagen binnenbrengen en opnieuw ophalen.

  • Je ontvangt klanten en neemt hun voertuig in ontvangst voor onderhoud en/of herstellingen.
  • Je bespreekt de nodige werkzaamheden en geeft duidelijke informatie over kosten, technische aspecten en timing.
  • Je verwerkt klantengegevens en zorgt voor een correcte administratieve opvolging.
  • Je plant de werkzaamheden in en maakt werkkaarten voor de werkplaats.
  • Je neemt proactief contact op met klanten om afspraken voor onderhoud of herstellingen in te plannen.
  • Je registreert klantenklachten en zoekt samen met de klant naar een gepaste oplossing.
  • Je volgt de werkzaamheden op en houdt klanten op de hoogte van de voortgang.
  • Je vormt de schakel tussen klant, werkplaats en administratie.

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

We zoeken vooral iemand die klantgericht, communicatief en commercieel is. Ervaring is mooi meegenomen en kan een grote troef zijn, maar we kijken ook naar jouw motivatie en persoonlijkheid.

  • Ervaring als Service Advisor is een groot pluspunt.
  • Ervaring binnen BMW of Mercedes-Benz is een extra troef.
  • Kennis van Incadea is mooi meegenomen.
  • Je hebt interesse in auto's en affiniteit met de technische kant van onderhoud en herstellingen.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands en een goed woordje Frans.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en weet klanten op een professionele manier te woord te staan.
  • Je hebt een commerciële ingesteldheid en denkt graag mee met de klant.
