Wil jij aan de slag bij de grootste tegelshowroom in de regio? Voor een solide en bloeiend familiebedrijf in de bouwsector¿met een indrukwekkende showroom van maar liefst 1200 m² in Herzele¿zoeken we een gedreven Service Adviseur Tegels. In deze rol ben jij het gezicht van de toonzaal en ondersteun je zowel professionele klanten als particulieren bij de aankoop van tegels, muurbekleding en tuin- of terrasmaterialen. Met jouw enthousiasme, vakkennis en klantgerichte aanpak zorg je voor een uitstekende winkelbeleving en til je samen met je collega's de dienstverlening naar een hoger niveau.

  • Ervaring & Vakkennis: Je hebt relevante commercieel-administratieve werkervaring en aantoonbare kennis van en ervaring met tegels, zodat je mede de verantwoordelijkheid voor de showroom kunt dragen.
  • Commercieel & Klantgericht: Je befragt grondig de noden van klanten, geeft deskundig advies en benut proactief kansen voor up- en cross-selling op een sympathieke manier.
  • Talenkennis: Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands (bij voorkeur je moedertaal), spreekt en schrijft een goed mondje Frans en beschikt over een basiskennis van het Engels.
  • Competenties: Je bent nauwkeurig, leergierig, hands-on ingesteld en wordt door klanten en collega's gezien als een betrouwbare expert en een fijne teamplayer.
  • Werkuren & Flexibiliteit: Je bent bereid te werken op weekdagen tot 18.00u (op vrijdag sluit de winkel om 17.00u) en werkt in een beurtrol op zaterdagvoormiddag (tot 13.00u) óf elke zaterdag met een vaste vrije dag in de week.
  • Klantenadvies & Verkoop: Je ontvangt professionele en particuliere klanten in de showroom, analyseert hun noden en adviseert hen bij de keuze van vloer- en muurtegels en aanverwante producten (inclusief tuin en terras).
  • Orderafhandeling & Administratie: Je neemt bestellingen aan (ter plaatse, telefonisch en via e-mail), verwerkt de betalingen en volgt de financiele transacties correct op.
  • Showroom- & Voorraadbeheer: Je zorgt voor een net ingerichte, aantrekkelijke showroom en ondersteunt het voorraadbeheer door bestellingen te plaatsen en leveringen te ontvangen.
  • Procesverbetering: Je behandelt eventuele klachten professioneel, signaleert verbeterpunten en denkt actief mee om de interne werkprocessen te optimaliseren.
