Als Service Advisor

  • ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten (aan de balie en telefonisch) die het bedrijf contacteren voor een onderhoud of herstelling van hun bedrijfsvoertuig
  • bepaal je mee het probleem of de behoefte van de klanten en beantwoord je technische vragen
  • plan je een onderhoud of een herstelling in het agenda van de werkplaats, rekening houdend met de capaciteit van de werkplaats en de duur van het onderhoud of de herstelling
  • houd je de klanten op de hoogte van de stand van zaken in de werkplaats
  • zorg je voor een correcte facturatie van de uitgevoerde werken
  • informeer je de klanten over de uitgevoerde werken en de bijhorende factuur
  • sta je in voor de planning en beheer van onze vervangwagens en verhuurvloot

Profiel:

  • Je hebt een auto-technische opleiding genoten of ervaring in een soortgelijke functie binnen de sector
  • Je hebt voldoende technische kennis om een voorlopige diagnose te stellen of de duur van een onderhoud in te schatten
  • Je bent klantvriendelijk, enthousiast en beschikt over de nodige communicatieve en sociale vaardigheden
  • Je hebt zin voor orde, netheid en organisatie.
  • Je bent stressbestendig
  • Je kan professioneel en klantgericht omgaan met eventuele klachten
  • Je beschikt over een goede kennis van Word, Excel en Outlook.
  • Je bent bereid om 1 op 2 zaterdagen (een halve dag) te werken. Als je op zaterdag werkt, ben je in de week een dag vrij.
