Ben jij communicatief sterk, tweetalig en heb jij een passie voor auto's? Voor onze modern uitgeruste vestiging in Zaventem zijn wij op zoek naar een gedreven Service Advisor om onze receptie en werkplaatsplanning te versterken.

In deze rol ben jij de spilfiguur tussen de klant en de werkplaats. Je ontzorgt de klant van A tot Z en zorgt ervoor dat ons atelier op wieltjes loopt.

Functieomschrijving

Als Service Advisor ben jij het gezicht én de stem van onze naverkoop. Je begeleidt de klant door het gehele onderhouds- en herstellingsproces:

  • Klantontvangst & Advies: Je ontvangt klanten aan de receptie en staat hen telefonisch te woord. Je luistert oprecht naar hun vragen, stelt de juiste diagnostische vragen en schat de omvang van de werkzaamheden correct in.
  • Planning & Coördinatie: Je maakt de werkplaatsplanning op. Hierbij houd je rekening met de wensen van de klant, de werkplaatscapaciteit, de beschikbaarheid van onderdelen en de inzet van vervangwagens.
  • Communicatie: Tijdens de werken houd je de klant actief op de hoogte van de voortgang en eventuele extra vaststellingen.
  • Beheer Vervangwagens: Je zorgt ervoor dat onze vervangwagens er steeds netjes, onbeschadigd en verkeersveilig bijstaan.
  • Administratie & Facturatie: Je verwerkt de naverkoopadministratie, maakt correcte facturen op (zowel reguliere facturen als garantiedossiers) en overloopt de factuur helder met de klant bij de sleuteloverdracht.
  • Talenkennis: Je bent strikt tweetalig (NL/FR) en beschikt daarnaast over een zeer goede kennis van het Engels.
  • Technische affiniteit: Je beschikt over de nodige technische kennis van auto's om vragen correct te kunnen inschatten en te vertalen naar de werkplaats.
  • Ervaring: Ervaring in een gelijkaardige naverkooprol binnen de automotive sector is een zeer grote meerwaarde (geen harde vereiste als je de juiste technische basis en motivatie meebrengt).
  • Opleiding/Niveau: Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring in een sterk klantgerichte omgeving.
  • Vaardigheden: Je bent organisatorisch sterk, stressbestendig, oplossingsgericht en administratief nauwkeurig.
  • Attitude: Je werkt graag zelfstandig en plichtsbewust, maar bent bovenal een collegiale teamplayer met een sterk aanpassingsvermogen.
  • Rijbewijs: Je bent in het bezit van een geldig rijbewijs B.
