Als Service Advisor Automotive zorg je elke dag voor een vlotte ontvangst, planning en opvolging van voertuigen en klanten.

  • Je ontvangt klanten telefonisch, via e-mail, online en aan de balie, en registreert hun vraag of afspraak.
  • Je bereidt de werkplaatsplanning voor en verdeelt de dagelijkse werkzaamheden over 6 techniekers.
  • Je maakt werkorders op en verwerkt facturatie en claims, van eenvoudige dossiers tot complexe dossiers.
  • Je dient MRT-aanvragen in en volgt de facturatie op via het online systeem voor leasingwagens.
  • Je communiceert correct met klanten over hun wagen voor, tijdens en na de werkzaamheden.
  • Je geeft technische uitleg aan klanten, stelt technische rapporten op en behandelt klachten met een oplossingsgerichte aanpak.
  • Je springt in als back-up voor de Parts Advisor en bewaakt de kwaliteit, productiviteit, prestaties in de werkplaats en klantentevredenheid.

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

Voor de functie van Service Advisor Automotive zoeken we een kandidaat met technische kennis van de automobielsector, relevante ervaring en sterke communicatieve vaardigheden.

  • Je hebt een technisch diploma, minimaal op TSO-niveau of graduaatsniveau, en een sterke technische achtergrond.
  • Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring in de automobielsector.
  • Je bent commercieel en klantgericht, communiceert vlot en denkt oplossingsgericht mee met de klant.
  • Je werkt georganiseerd en flexibel, behoudt het overzicht wanneer je tussen taken schakelt en werkt graag samen met verantwoordelijkheidszin.
  • Je bent digitaal vaardig, leert snel nieuwe tools of processen aan, spreekt perfect Nederlands, hebt basiskennis van Frans en Engels en beschikt over een rijbewijs B.
