Voor onze klant zijn wij op zoek naar een SERVICE ADVISOR – AUTOMOTIVE. Onze klant is een grote speler binnen de automobielsector en zet dagelijks in op kwaliteit, mobiliteit en klantbeleving. In deze moderne werkomgeving krijg je als Service Advisor de kans om klanten professioneel te begeleiden van ontvangst tot aflevering van hun wagen. Deze functie combineert klantencontact, administratie en technische opvolging in één afwisselende uitdaging.

Jobomschrijving

Wat ga je doen als SERVICE ADVISOR – AUTOMOTIVE?

  • Je ontvangt klanten op een professionele manier en begeleidt hen bij onderhoud, herstellingen en technische vragen.
  • Je bereidt dossiers zorgvuldig voor en volgt afspraken, werkorders en offertes nauwgezet op.
  • Je zorgt voor een vlotte communicatie tussen klant en werkplaats.
  • Je licht facturen en uitgevoerde werken helder toe zodat klanten altijd perfect weten waar ze aan toe zijn.
  • Je plant vervolgafspraken in en zorgt voor een correcte administratie.
  • Je controleert vervangwagens en bouwt mee aan een uitstekende klantenervaring.

Wat verwachten we van jou als SERVICE ADVISOR – AUTOMOTIVE?

  • Je hebt al een eerste commerciële ervaring achter de rug en voelt je sterk in klantencontact.
  • Je beschikt over een basiskennis automechanica en hebt affiniteit met de automotive sector.
  • Je bent communicatief en iemand die graag oplossingen zoekt voor klanten.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, behoudt goed het overzicht en kan vlot multitasken.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en kan je goed behelpen in het Frans en Engels.
  • Je bent klantgericht, stressbestendig en functioneert graag binnen een sterk team.
