Wij zijn op zoek naar een enthousiaste en communicatieve Service Advisor Automotive in Mechelen. In deze veelzijdige rol ben jij het visitekaartje van het bedrijf en zorg je voor een vlotte en efficiënte werking aan de receptie.

In jouw functie als Service Advisor Automotive in Mechelen sta je in voor het onderstaande takenpakket.

  • Vriendelijk ontvangen van klanten: Jij bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten, zowel telefonisch als aan de balie. Je verwelkomt hen met een glimlach en zorgt voor een gastvrije ervaring.
  • Opmaken van werkorders: Je noteert nauwkeurig de wensen en klachten van de klant en vertaalt deze naar duidelijke werkorders voor onze werkplaats
  • Inplannen van afspraken: Samen met de klant plan je de afspraken in voor onderhoudsbeurten, reparaties en andere dienstverleningen. Hierbij houd je rekening met de beschikbaarheid van onze werkplaats
  • Verdelen van werkzaamheden: Je werkt nauw samen met de planning en verdeelt de werkzaamheden onder de mechaniekers, waarbij je de urgentie en capaciteit in de gaten houdt.
  • Technische kennis: Hoewel het geen vereiste is, is het een pluspunt indien je technische kennis of affiniteit hebt met de automotive
  • Administratieve taken: Naast bovenstaande taken zorg je ook voor het correct bijhouden van klantgegevens en andere administratieve taken die voortvloeien uit de werkorders en afspraken.

  • Rijbewijs B is een pluspunt: Hoewel dit geen strikte vereiste is, is het een voordeel als je een rijbewijs hebt. Dit kan handig zijn voor het verplaatsen van voertuigen indien nodig of voor andere praktische doeleinden
