Voor een toonaangevend bedrijf in de automotive sector zoeken we een Service Advisor voor de afdeling Trucks. Wat houdt de job in?

  • Jij bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten met vragen over onderhoud of herstellingen van Trucks en Vans
  • Je luistert naar hun noden en stelt op basis daarvan correcte en duidelijke offertes op
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat werkorders efficiënt ingepland worden in overleg met je collega's
  • Administratie schrikt jou niet af want je staat ook in voor de verwerking van de werkorders tot en met de facturatie
  • Je houdt nauw contact met de klant en bewaakt daarbij altijd een professionele en warme service
  • Je stemt voortdurend af met collega’s in de werkplaats om de coördinatie en rendabiliteit te verzekeren
  • Je rapporteert op regelmatige basis aan de verantwoordelijke van de site
  • Alles wat je doet, staat in het teken van een uitstekende klantentevredenheid
  • Je hebt een bachelor Autotechnologie, Automotive Management of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Je kan terugvallen op een eerste ervaring in een technisch-commerciële functie
  • Je beheerst MS Office 365 vlot en leert snel nieuwe toepassingen aan
