(Service Advisor Mechaniek)In deze veelzijdige rol vorm jij de schakel tussen klant en werkplaats, met aandacht voor zowel administratie als klantbeleving.Heb je een goede kennis van mechanische werken? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou.

Jobomschrijving

Klanten onthalen aan de receptie en telefonisch verder helpen met vragen rond service en herstellingen.De juiste informatie verzamelen om een goede inschatting te maken van de uit te voeren werken.Opvolging bieden tijdens het onderhoud of herstelling, inclusief heldere communicatie over bijkomende werken of wijzigingen.Het zorgvuldig opmaken van werkorders, opvolgen van garanties en zorgen voor een correcte en transparante facturatie.De planning van de werkplaats organiseren op basis van beschikbare onderdelen, technici en klantenverwachtingen.Controleren en voorbereiden van vervangwagens zodat deze proper, veilig en beschikbaar zijn.Bij het afhalen van de wagen licht jij de uitgevoerde werken toe en neem je de factuur samen met de klant door.

Je hebt een natuurlijke flair voor klantenservice en werkt oplossingsgericht.Je bent nauwkeurig, georganiseerd en communiceert vlot in het Nederlands.Ervaring in een klantgerichte omgeving is een must; ervaring binnen de automotive is een mooie plus.Je bent leergierig en hebt interesse in de technische aspecten van voertuigen.Je kan zelfstandig werken en behoudt steeds het overzicht in een dynamische omgeving.In het bezit van een rijbewijs B.
