Als Service Advisor Automotive ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en volg je het werk van intake tot afronding op.

  • Je ontvangt klanten telefonisch en aan de balie, brengt hun verwachtingen in kaart en maakt een correcte inschatting van de uit te voeren werken.
  • Je bewaakt de planning van herstellingen en start dossiers op in samenwerking met de verantwoordelijke, waarna je de opvolging verzorgt.
  • Je verwerkt de administratie rond het werk, zoals het voorbereiden van werkfiches, het factureren van uitgevoerde werken en het ontvangen en opvolgen van betalingen.
  • Je doet opzoekingen naar magazijnonderdelen, plaatst bestellingen en verzorgt de facturatie van deze onderdelen.
  • Je voert schadecontroles uit op nieuwe wagens die worden geleverd.
  • Je houdt klanten op de hoogte van eventuele bijkomende werken en licht de uitgevoerde herstellingen duidelijk toe.
