Als service advisor in een premium garage in de regio van Izegem zorg je voor een vlotte opvolging van klanten, werkplaats en administratie.

  • Je ontvangt klanten bij hun bezoek aan de garage en helpt hen verder met hun vraag.
  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onderhoud en herstellingen.
  • Je vormt de schakel tussen de klant en de werkplaats en houdt klanten proactief op de hoogte van de voortgang.
  • Je zorgt voor een correcte facturatie en handelt dossiers tijdig af.
  • Je behandelt klachten en zoekt mee naar een passende oplossing.
