  • Dankzij jouw technische kennis geef je klanten een correct en duidelijk advies over onderhoud, herstellingen en technische problemen.
  • Je neemt contact op met klanten om hun tevredenheid te peilen doormiddel van een enquete, behandelt klachten professioneel en zoekt steeds naar een passende oplossing.
  • Als schakel tussen de werkplaats en de klant vertaal je technische informatie naar een begrijpelijk verhaal.
  • Je plant afspraken in voor onderhoud en herstellingen en zorgt ervoor dat de werkplaats over alle nodige informatie beschikt.
  • Onderhoudshistorieken opzoeken, prijsramingen opmaken en werkorders voorbereiden behoren eveneens tot jouw takenpakket.
  • Je volgt dossiers nauwkeurig op, vraagt indien nodig goedkeuringen aan bij leasingmaatschappijen en verzorgt de facturatie.
  • Na afloop licht je de uitgevoerde werken helder toe en plan je eventuele vervolgafspraken in.
  • Ook het beheer en de uitgifte van vervangwagens neem je voor jouw rekening.

  • Een sterke technische achtergrond binnen de autosector is voor deze functie essentieel. Heb je ervaring als autotechnieker, diagnosetechnieker of ben je doorgegroeid vanuit de werkplaats? Dan heb je alvast een streepje voor.
  • Je combineert technische kennis met een klantgerichte ingesteldheid en haalt voldoening uit het helpen van mensen.
  • Complexe technische informatie weet je op een eenvoudige en duidelijke manier uit te leggen.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands. Spreek je daarnaast ook Frans? Dan is dat mooi meegenomen.
  • Structuur aanbrengen en nauwkeurig werken zijn voor jou vanzelfsprekend.
  • Je voelt je thuis in een jong team en draagt actief bij aan een positieve samenwerking.
  • Verantwoordelijkheid nemen en initiatief tonen passen perfect bij jouw manier van werken.
