Als Service Advisor ben je de schakel tussen klant en werkplaats. Je zorgt voor een vlotte en professionele opvolging van onderhouds- en herstellingswerken, steeds met oog voor klanttevredenheid en efficiëntie. Je takenpakket zal bestaan uit het volgende:

  • Je ontvangt klanten en bespreekt hun noden en wensen omtrent onderhoud of herstelling
  • Je maakt werkorders op en plant afspraken in
  • Je volgt de voortgang van de werken op en communiceert proactief met de klant
  • Je staat in voor de administratieve afhandeling van dossiers
  • Je werkt nauw samen met techniekers en collega’s van de werkplaats

  • Je hebt ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie of in de automotive sector

  • Je bent flexibel, stressbestendig en oplossingsgericht
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands; kennis van Frans is een plus
