Jobomschrijving

Als Service Advisor zorg je voor een vlekkeloze service en een warm welkom aan de receptie:Fungeren als het eerste, gastvrije aanspreekpunt voor klanten bij het binnenkomen.Professioneel beantwoorden van inkomende telefoongesprekken en het verstrekken van de juiste informatie.Efficiënt inplannen en coördineren van werkplaatsafspraken in de agenda.Correct en nauwkeurig opstellen en opvolgen van de facturatie.Commercieel meedenken door klanten proactief te adviseren over aanvullende diensten of producten.

Wij zoeken een representatieve teamplayer die uitblinkt in klantgerichtheid:Klantvriendelijkheid is voor jou een absolute topprioriteit en een natuurlijke eigenschap.Je bent communicatief vaardig, administratief sterk en computervaardig.Je hebt een commerciële ingesteldheid en speelt vlot in op de noden van de klant.Je bent stressbestendig, kunt goed multitasken en houdt het overzicht aan een drukke receptie.Pluspunt: Een goede basis aan technische kennis (binnen de autosector) is een zeer sterke troef.
