Als Service Advisor Carrosserie, Technisch Adviseur Carrosserie of Schadebeheerder Carrosserie coördineer en beheer je schadegevallen aan voertuigen, in afstemming met klanten en verzekeringsmaatschappijen:

  • Je beoordeelt voertuigschade met een tablet, inspecteert het voertuig en maakt duidelijke foto’s voor het schaderapport en de kostenraming.
  • Je bespreekt schadegevallen met de klant en houdt klanten op de hoogte van de voortgang.
  • Je maakt schadebestekken op en verwerkt de bijhorende administratie.
  • Je beheert klantendossiers en werkfiches en zorgt voor een correcte opvolging.
  • Je volgt de planning van vervangwagens op en stemt dit af met de betrokken partijen.
  • Je werkt in systemen zoals PlanManager/Cavalato, Car-Pass en Informex (Claims360) voor registratie en opvolging.

Als Service Advisor Carrosserie, Technisch Adviseur Carrosserie of Schadebeheerder Carrosserie is dit het profiel dat we zoeken:

  • Je hebt grote interesse in en kennis van auto's (zelf sleutelen of automotive ervaring).
  • Je bent sterk klantgericht en blijft professioneel en vriendelijk in contact met klanten.
  • Je kan vlot werken met verschillende computerprogramma’s; kennis van Informex (Claims360), PlanManager, Cavalato, Car-Pass en Ubench is een pluspunt.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en je hebt een basiskennis Frans.
  • Je kan goed multitasken, bewaart het overzicht en stelt prioriteiten; organiseren en structureren gaan je vlot af.
  • Je bent flexibel naar uren toe en kan occasioneel een klant verder helpen na 17u, in overleg met collega’s.
