Als Service Advisor combineer je klantgerichtheid, organisatie en een passie voor auto's in één veelzijdige functie. Je komt dus terecht als service advisor in een autogarage.

Jouw taken

  • Eerste contactpersoon voor klant dat een omgeving van vertrouwen creëert
  • Klantgerichte goedlachse medewerker die luistert naar vragen van klanten en oplossingen op maat biedt.
  • Administratief sterk: beheersen van afspraken, telefoons en mails beantwoorden en dossiers tot in de puntjes voorbereiden
  • Communicatief sterk: uitgevoerde werken en facturen transparant toelichten en prijsbestekken opstellen voor herstellingen met oog voor detail.
  • Je hebt een passie voor auto’s en bij voorkeur ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie.
  • Warm en klantgerichte mindset dat professioneel voorkomt
  • Administratief bediende met een vlekkeloze organisatie en opvolging
  • Communicatief sterk in het Nederlands en Frans en kan goed multitasken
