Voor een sterke automotive speler in Veurne zoeken we discreet een Service Advisor die klanten professioneel begeleidt van ontvangst tot aflevering.

Functieomschrijving

Als Service Advisor ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten die hun wagen binnenbrengen voor onderhoud, diagnose of herstelling.

Je vormt de brug tussen de klant en de werkplaats en zorgt ervoor dat alles correct, professioneel en efficiënt verloopt.

Een typische werkdag?

Je ontvangt klanten aan de receptie, luistert naar hun vragen en bespreekt de geplande werkzaamheden.

Je plant afspraken in, maakt werkorders aan en volgt dossiers administratief op.

Daarnaast onderhoud je nauw contact met de techniekers zodat klanten steeds correct geïnformeerd worden over de voortgang van hun wagen.

Bij het ophalen van de wagen geef je uitleg over de uitgevoerde werken en zorg je voor een professionele klantenervaring.

Dankzij jouw organisatietalent en stressbestendigheid behoud je ook tijdens drukke momenten het overzicht.

Vereisten

  • Ervaring als Service Advisor is een sterke plus
  • Ook ervaren autotechniekers die klantgericht zijn komen in aanmerking
  • Vlotte kennis Nederlands en Frans
  • Stressbestendig
  • Klantvriendelijk en communicatief sterk
