Als Service Advisor Garage regio Menen ben je het aanspreekpunt voor klanten en zorg je voor een vlotte planning van onderhoud en herstellingen in de werkplaats.

Wat ga je doen als Service Advisor Garage?

  • Je ontvangt klanten in de garage en luistert naar hun vragen over onderhoud, herstellingen en technische problemen.
  • Je plant afspraken voor onderhoud en herstellingen in en stemt deze af met de werkplaats.
  • Je maakt duidelijke bestekken op en bespreekt de geplande werkzaamheden met de klant.
  • Je volgt de werkplaatsplanning op en zorgt ervoor dat techniekers over de juiste informatie beschikken.
  • Je verwerkt afspraken, klantgegevens en werkorders correct in het garagesysteem.
  • Je volgt de status van wagens op en houdt klanten op de hoogte van de voortgang.
  • Je beantwoordt technische en praktische vragen op een duidelijke en klantvriendelijke manier.
  • Je volgt garantiedossiers correct op en zorgt voor de nodige administratieve verwerking.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van auto's en begrijpt de basis van onderhoud en herstellingen.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring als Service Advisor, technisch receptionist of in een andere klantgerichte functie binnen de automotive sector.
  • Je communiceert vlot en helpt klanten graag verder met duidelijke informatie.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt.
  • Je werkt vlot met een computer en leert nieuwe administratieve systemen snel gebruiken.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, houdt overzicht en kunt verschillende afspraken en taken goed plannen.
  • Je voelt je thuis in een familiale garage waar collega's op een open en aangename manier samenwerken.
