FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Wat zijn je taken?

  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en helpt hen efficiënt en met de glimlach verder.
  • Je peilt naar de verwachtingen van de klant, maakt een correcte inschatting van de uit te voeren werken en bewaakt de planning.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de opstart en opvolging van herstellingsdossiers in samenwerking met de verantwoordelijke.
  • Je verzorgt de administratie: voorbereiden van werkfiches, facturatie van werkzaamheden, opzoeken en bestellen van magazijnonderdelen en opvolgen van betalingen.
  • Je voert schadecontroles uit op nieuw geleverde wagens.
  • Je informeert klanten helder over bijkomende werken en licht de uitgevoerde werkzaamheden toe.
  • Je ziet actief opportuniteiten om de kwaliteit en klantentevredenheid continu te verbeteren.

PROFIEL

Diploma:

  • Je beschikt over een diploma secundair onderwijs (bij voorkeur in een technische, commerciële of administratieve richting) of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.

Gewenste ervaring:

  • Je bent uitermate klantvriendelijk, stressbestendig en flexibel ingesteld.
  • Je beschikt over sterke administratieve vaardigheden en een goede pc-kennis.
  • Je hebt een eerste werkervaring of duidelijke affiniteit met de autosector.
