Ben jij een administratieve duizendpoot met een hart voor auto's?Dan hebben wij een leuke uitdaging voor jou!Als Service Advisor Mechaniek ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor klanten tijdens het hele aftersalesproces.Je zorgt ervoor dat alles vlot verloopt, van het plannen van onderhoud tot het opstellen van facturen.

Jobomschrijving

Wat ga je doen?Je maakt facturen op voor onderhoud, herstellingen en garantiedossiers.Je ontvangt klanten aan de receptie.Je beantwoordt oproepen en plant afspraken in, rekening houdend met de werkplaatscapaciteit, onderdelen en vervangwagens.Je luistert goed naar de klant, stelt de juiste vragen en maakt een inschatting van de nodige werken.Tijdens de herstelling hou je de klant op de hoogte.Je zorgt ervoor dat vervangwagens netjes, veilig en klaar voor gebruik zijn.Bij afhaling van de wagen overloop je samen met de klant de factuur.

Wie ben jij?Je bent klantgericht en streeft elke dag naar tevreden klanten.Je denkt in oplossingen en blijft vriendelijk, ook als het druk is.Je bent administratief sterk en communiceert vlot.Je hebt interesse in auto’s en wil graag bijleren.Je hebt al ervaring in een klantgerichte of commerciële omgeving, liefst in de automotive.Je spreekt goed Nederlands én Frans.Je hebt een rijbewijs B.
