Voor een gerenommeerde speler binnen de automobielsector zijn wij op zoek naar een ervaren Service Advisor Personenwagens.

Als Service Advisor ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en zorg je voor een professionele opvolging van onderhouds- en herstellingswerkzaamheden. Jouw taken

  • Je ontvangt en informeert klanten bij het binnenbrengen van hun wagen.
  • Je adviseert klanten over onderhouds- en herstellingswerken, inclusief de bijhorende kosten.
  • Je vormt de schakel tussen klant en werkplaats.
  • Je maakt werkorders op en verzorgt de facturatie.
  • Je stelt offertes op en volgt de dossiers nauwgezet op.
  • Je houdt klanten op de hoogte van de voortgang van de werkzaamheden.
  • Je werkt actief mee binnen het serviceteam en draagt bij aan een optimale klanttevredenheid.
  • Je hebt 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring als Service Advisor binnen de automobielsector.
  • Je bent klantgericht en communicatief sterk.
  • Je bent stressbestendig en weet prioriteiten te stellen.
  • Je beschikt over een goede administratieve kennis.
  • Je werkt vlot met MS Office en Outlook.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Frans.
  • Je hebt een basiskennis van voertuigtechnieken.
  • Je bent een teamplayer die ook zelfstandig kan werken.
