The posting

Als Service Raadgever ben je met 3 verantwoordelijk voor het plannen en coördineren van afspraken voor reparatie en onderhoud.

Je neemt de opdrachten van klanten in ontvangst en stelt de werkorders op.

Daarnaast sta je in voor de administratieve afhandeling van alle werkzaamheden uitgevoerd in de eigen werkplaats, je volgt deze ook op door het opmaken van een factuur.

Meer specifiek:

Je luistert naar de noden en wensen van de klant en maakt offertes op.

Je plant correct de werkorders.

Je voorziet samen met de parts advisor het nodige materiaal.

Je onderhoudt een warm en professioneel klantencontact.

Je beheert de administratieve kant van de werkorder.

Je zorgt voor correcte registratie en facturatie.

Je communiceert intern ifv de coördinatie en rentabiliteit van de werkplaats.

Je bent gericht op een extreme klantentevredenheid.

Je rapporteert regelmatig aan de werkplaatsverantwoordelijke. Je hebt affiniteit met automotive door studie, gedegen kennis en/of ervaring.

Je bent bachelor in Autotechnologie of Automotive management of evenwaardig door ervaring.

Je hebt een eerste ervaring in een technisch-commerciële functie.

Je bent een vlotte communicator, zowel naar klanten als naar de collega's.

Je bent open, service minded en weet van aanpakken.

Je bent stressbestendig en planmatig sterk.

Je houdt van planning en zorgt dagelijks voor een vlekkeloze invulling van de afspraken tussen de klant en de werkplaats.

Je bent administratief nauwkeurig.

Je leert snel nieuwe applicaties aan en kent voldoende je weg in MS Office 365.
