Hoe ziet jouw dag als Service Advisor eruit?

  • Je begint de dag met een lach! Als centraal aanspreekpunt zorg je voor een professioneel en vriendelijk onthaal van onze klanten. Je overloopt wat er allemaal op de planning staat in het geval van onderhoud/herstelling, luistert naar de behoeften van de klant en geeft advies.
  • Gaat de telefoon? Dan neem jij op en help je de klant verder met een luisterend oor. Je deinst er ook niet voor terug om zelf het heft in handen te nemen en onze klanten te bellen met info m.b.t. hun wagen en dergelijke.
  • Daarnaast sta je in voor het opmaken van een planning voor de werkplaats, waarbij je rekening houdt met de capaciteit van de werkplaats en de beschikbare auto-onderdelen.
  • Vervolgens is het tijd voor administratie! Je behandelt facturen en stelt soms offertes op. Je bespreekt deze op een duidelijke manier met de klant.

Jijzelf in een notendop:

  • Enthousiast, gedreven en georganiseerd, zo ben jij!
  • Een goede klantrelatie opbouwen, vind je erg belangrijk. Je bent dan ook, als visitekaartje van de vestiging, het toonbeeld van klantvriendelijkheid.
  • Je weet van aanpakken en zit niet graag stil.
  • Stress? Dat staat niet in jouw woordenboek.
  • Vlot communiceren sluit perfect bij je aan. Je bent erg sociaal ingesteld, kan goed luisteren en bent behulpzaam.
  • Je hebt ervaring in een soortgelijke functie en/of kennis van auto-onderdelen.
