Ben jij iemand die graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt, maar ook sterk is in administratie en organisatie? Heb je feeling met wagens en wil je doorgroeien binnen de automotive sector? Dan ben jij misschien de Service Advisor die wij zoeken in Moeskroen.

Als Service Advisor ben je een belangrijke schakel tussen de werkplaats, administratie en collega’s. Je combineert een hands-on aanpak met een gestructureerde manier van werken.

Je takenpakket is gevarieerd en omvat onder andere:

  • Uitvoeren en opvolgen van keuringen
  • Ontvangst en controle van nieuwe wagens
  • Controleren van uitgevoerde werkzaamheden en documentatie
  • Garantiegevallen nauwgezet opvolgen en zorgen voor een vlotte en correcte afhandeling
  • Administratieve opvolging van dossiers
  • Mee instaan voor orde en structuur in het systeem en de documentatie
  • Af en toe zelf wagens verplaatsen, naar de keuring of carwash gaan
  • Actief communiceren met collega’s over planning en uitgevoerde taken
  • Je bent dus niet enkel administratief bezig, maar staat ook dicht bij de praktijk in het atelier.
  • Je bent administratief sterk en werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd
  • Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit en steekt graag zelf de handen uit de mouwen
  • Je bent communicatief en houdt collega’s vlot op de hoogte
  • Je bent klantvriendelijk en servicegericht
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Frans, maar perfectie is geen must
  • Je kan vlot werken met computers en nieuwe systemen
  • Je beschikt over een TSO-diploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Ervaring in een atelier of technische omgeving is een plus
  • Interesse in de autosector is mooi meegenomen, maar geen must
