Je stapt binnen bij een gevestigde waarde in Geel: een warme, familiale onderneming met meer dan 90 jaar passie voor de automotive- en transportsector. Als sleutelfiguur op de afdeling naverkoop ben jij de verbindende schakel tussen de klant, de werkplaats én de constructeur.

??? Jouw dag als Service Advisor

  • Warm onthaal: Je verwelkomt klanten met een glimlach en bent hun vaste, betrouwbare aanspreekpunt voor alle service- en onderhoudsvragen.
  • Planning & coördinatie: Samen met de werkplaatschefs stem je de werkagenda af. Je plant herstellingen in, bereidt werkopdrachten voor en zorgt dat het team in de werkplaats precies weet wat er moet gebeuren.
  • Technisch advies & administratie: Je verwerkt technische gegevens digitaal (via het e-portal), stelt offertes op en volgt onderhoudscontracten nauwgezet op.
  • Kwaliteitsbewaking: Je volgt lopende werkzaamheden op, voert nacontroles uit op werkorders en inspecteert indien nodig de voertuigen in de werkplaats vóór de oplevering.
  • Samenwerken: Je schakelt vlot met collega’s van de verkoop-, onderdelen- en carrosserieafdeling en helpt mee bij de feestelijke aflevering van nieuwe vrachtwagens.

  • Technische affiniteit: Je beschikt over een goeie dosis technische kennis, bij voorkeur gericht op (bedrijfs)wagens of zwaar vervoer.
  • Communicatief & commercieel: Je maakt een professionele eerste indruk, denkt oplossingsgericht mee met de klant en bouwt vlot langetermijnrelaties op.
  • Digitaal vaardig: Mails, planningssystemen en MS Office hebben voor jou geen geheimen.
  • Organisatorisch talent: Je werkt ordelijk, bewaart het overzicht op drukke momenten en bent een echte teamplayer.
  • Leergierige instelling: Je bent enthousiast, flexibel en hebt de drive om je continu bij te scholen in de nieuwste technieken en systemen.
