Solliciteren voor "Service Assistent Cardiologie " Service Assistent Cardiologie Ben jij gastvrij ingesteld en weet jij de patiënt en familie snel op het gemak te stellen? Wij zoeken enthousiaste service assistenten voor onze afdeling Cardiologie voor 20 uur per week! Als service assistent verzorg je de voeding van de patiënten op onze verpleegafdelingen. Je ondersteunt bij het maken van een menukeuze en distribueert de maaltijden, tussenmaaltijden en dranken. Daarnaast help je de patiënt, na overleg met de verpleging, met eten. Ook zorg je voor naleving van het dieet en signaleert eventuele bijzondere eetgewoonten van de patiënt naar de verpleging. Tevens verzorg je bij opname, op verzoek van de verpleging, koffie en thee ten behoeve van patiënten en hun begeleiders. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de administratie ten behoeve van de maaltijden, maaltijdcomponenten en dranken en zorgt voor een schone leefomgeving van de patiënt en de afdelingskeuken. Tot slot ben je aanspreekpunt op de patiëntenkamer en hebt een nauwe samenwerking met de facilitair assistent. Werken op de afdeling Cardiologie Onze verpleegafdelingen zijn volop in ontwikkeling en kenmerken zich in het bijzonder door een gevarieerd patiënten aanbod. Op onze afdeling werkt een enthousiast en gemotiveerd team, die gezamenlijk werkt aan kwaliteitsverbetering en vernieuwing in de zorg. De patiënt met zijn/haar specifieke behoeften staat bij ons centraal in het geven van optimale zorg en behandeling. We zijn op zoek naar enthousiaste nieuwe collega's! Jouw vaardigheden - Diploma op MBO niveau 2, aangevuld met opleiding Voedingsassistentie OVDB/ opleiding Facilitair Medewerker (niveau 2) en HACCP kennis en inzicht in het belang van voeding voor de patiënt en bent bereid tot het volgen van aanvullende cursussen. - Goede computervaardigheid en flexibel ingesteld qua inzet en uren en je werkt volgens een dienstrooster in alle voorkomende diensten. - Je bent professioneel m...
