Bij een technologiegedreven automatiseringsbedrijf in Gorinchem werk je aan de beschikbaarheid en betrouwbaarheid van industriële installaties. Als Service Automation Engineer ben je betrokken vanaf de inbedrijfstelling en blijf je verantwoordelijk voor onderhoud, storingsanalyse en technische aanpassingen. Je doorgrondt besturingen met Siemens S7, TIA Portal, PCS 7 en Rockwell en zoekt uit hoe software, elektrotechniek en procesgedrag samenhangen. Daarbij pak je zowel eenvoudige wijzigingen als complexe storingen zelfstandig op. Je dagelijkse werk wisselt tussen geplande servicewerkzaamheden, preventief onderhoud aan meetsystemen en ondersteuning bij ongeplande stilstand. Op locatie overleg je met procesoperatoren, werkvoorbereiders en maintenance engineers over oorzaken en oplossingen. Je bent hun technische aanspreekpunt en schakelt met collega's uit de servicedienst. Je draait mee in een 24/7-wachtdienst en verdiept je vakkennis via uiteenlopende installaties en opleidingstrajecten die aansluiten bij jouw ontwikkelrichting. Functie-inhoud - Analyseer en verhelp zelfstandig storingen in industriële automatiseringssystemen. - Voer eenvoudige en complexe aanpassingen aan installatiebesturingen door. - Ondersteun de inbedrijfstelling en optimaliseer bestaande automatiseringssystemen. - Voer preventief onderhoud uit aan geïnstalleerde meetsystemen. - Stem werkzaamheden en technische oplossingen af met operators, werkvoorbereiders en maintenance engineers. - Treed op als technisch aanspreekpunt bij de klant en bied ondersteuning vanuit de 24/7-wachtdienst. Functie-eisen - Je hebt een elektrotechnisch diploma richting automatisering of vergelijkbare kennis door werkervaring. - Je hebt kennis van en ervaring met Siemens S7, TIA Portal, PCS 7 en Rockwell. - Je analyseert technische problemen, bedenkt praktische oplossingen en neemt zelfstandig beslissingen. - Je schakelt gemakkelijk tussen geplande werkzaamheden en urgente storingen en bent bereid op locatie en in wac.
