Als Operations Specialist ben jij de onmisbare schakel tussen onze hotels en slimme operationele oplossingen. Jouw werk Als Operations Specialist ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze hotels bij operationele en systeem gerelateerde vragen. Je ondersteunt hotels bij het gebruik van zowel intern ontwikkelde systemen, zoals online inchecken, als externe systemen die binnen de hotels worden gebruikt. Dankzij jouw ervaring binnen hotels begrijp je de dagelijkse processen op de werkvloer en kun je gericht adviseren over passende werkwijzen. Binnen de organisatie vertegenwoordig jij de stem van de hotels en zorg je dat signalen worden opgepakt en omgezet in verbeteringen. Van werkvloer tot systeem: jij weet wat werkt. In deze functie ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze hotels, begeleid je hen bij operationele vragen en adviseer je over efficiëntere werkwijzen. Je introduceert nieuwe updates en functionaliteiten, verzorgt trainingen, signaleert verbeterkansen en trends, en draagt bij aan projecten en verbetertrajecten. Daarbij vertegenwoordig je de belangen van de hotels binnen onze organisatie en help je de online kennisbank verder te ontwikkelen. Je team Je maakt onderdeel uit van het Operations team, bestaande uit 10 gedreven collega's. Samen vormen jullie de verbindende schakel tussen de hotels en interne afdelingen, met als doel hotels optimaal te ondersteunen en processen continu te verbeteren.
