Als Service Coördinator ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten met vragen, storingen of onderhoudswensen. Jij plant de werkzaamheden van de servicemonteurs, zorgt voor een efficiënte route-indeling en houdt de voortgang nauwlettend in de gaten. Daarnaast onderhoud je contact met leveranciers voor het bestellen van onderdelen en materialen. Je werkt nauw samen met de werkvoorbereiding en de projectleiders om ervoor te zorgen dat zowel projecten als serviceafspraken soepel verlopen. Jouw takenpakket bestaat uit: - Afhandelen van binnenkomende service- en storingsmeldingen via telefoon en e-mail; - Plannen en coördineren van werkzaamheden voor het serviceteam; - Bewaken van de voortgang en bijsturen waar nodig; - Bestellen van benodigde materialen en onderdelen bij leveranciers; - Onderhouden van contact met klanten over planning en afspraken; - Administratieve afhandeling van serviceorders en rapportages; - Signaleren van verbetermogelijkheden in de serviceprocessen.

Naast deze dagelijkse werkzaamheden krijg je volop ruimte om mee te denken over de verdere professionalisering van de serviceafdeling. Het bedrijf werkt met moderne planningssoftware en je krijgt de mogelijkheid om je te ontwikkelen in bijvoorbeeld klantcommunicatie, procesoptimalisatie of technische specialisaties. Doorgroeien naar een rol als Hoofd Service of Teamleider Technische Dienst behoort zeker tot de mogelijkheden als je daar ambitie in hebt.
