Jouw uitdaging als Service Coördinator De werkzaamheden binnen deze functie bestaan uit het ondersteunen van de operatie. Als Operations Coördinator zorg je samen met je collega’s voor een optimaal verloop van onze onderhouds- en servicewerkzaamheden alsmede de afstemming van de Projecten naar de Maintenance uitvoering, dit zowel op commercieel, technisch en organisatorisch gebied. Je hebt hierdoor veelvuldig en intensief contact met klanten, collega’s, leveranciers en Teamleiders. Deze laatstgenoemde adviseer je tevens door het inzicht dat je hebt opgedaan in de operatie. Bij PCT krijg je de ruimte om door te groeien naar het niveau waarop je wilt werken. Hiervoor krijg je voldoende mogelijkheden om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen. HOOFDTAKEN: Het coördineren en inplannen van onderhouds-, storings- en reparatiewerkzaamheden; Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de eerstelijns storingen; Afstemmen van de inbedrijfstellingen tussen Projects en Maintenance; Bestellen en Just In Time laten leveren van de benodigde materialen en materieel; Je bent eerste aanspreekpunt voor storingen en voor de servicemonteurs; Het (financieel) afhandelen van werkrapportages.
