In de regio Gent krijg je de kans om aan de slag te gaan bij een gevestigde waarde binnen de automotivewereld. Al meer dan 25 jaar staan ze bekend om hun kwaliteitsvol onderhoud en herstellingen van bedrijfsvoertuigen. Met zo’n 200 collega’s in België en Nederland combineer je hier de stabiliteit van een grote groep met de gezellige sfeer van een hechte KMO, waar iedereen elkaar kent en ondersteunt.

Vanaf dag één word je warm onthaald: een interne opleiding, een vaste collega aan je zijde en een omgeving waarin teamspirit, initiatief en groei centraal staan. Ook naast het werk is er ruimte voor plezier, denk aan buitenlandse trips, leuke events en een eigen bedrijfsapp die je verbonden houdt met het team.

Om het team verder te versterken, zoeken ze een Service Coördinator die na verkoop instaat voor de technische en commerciële ondersteuning van klanten, van onderhoud tot servicecontracten. Een veelzijdige rol voor wie graag techniek combineert met klantgericht denken en echte impact wil maken.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten: je ontvangt hen vriendelijk, luistert naar hun noden en opent hun dossier met zorg
  • Werkorders, onderhoud en depannages volg jij op van A tot Z, in nauwe samenwerking met de werkplaats en het magazijn
  • Je denkt proactief mee en stelt onderhoudscontracten of bijkomende herstellingen voor om klanten optimaal te ondersteunen
  • Ook de administratieve opvolging hoort erbij: je verwerkt urenregistraties, aankoopfacturen en andere servicegerelateerde documenten
  • Samen met de meestergast bewaak je de kwaliteit van de dienstverlening en zorg je dat alles volgens planning en standaard verloopt
  • Je neemt initiatief om processen te verbeteren en zo de samenwerking binnen het team én de tevredenheid van de klant naar een hoger niveau te tillen
  • Je beschikt over een technisch diploma (A2 of bachelor), of je hebt gelijkwaardige ervaring opgebouwd in het werkveld
  • De automotivewereld boeit je mateloos, motoren, onderhoud en techniek zijn helemaal jouw ding
  • Je werkt graag gestructureerd en planmatig, en voelt je helemaal thuis achter de computer voor een vlotte administratie en opvolging
