In deze uitdagende en gevarieerde functie vervul je verschillende rollen en ben je verantwoordelijk voor een team van 3 ervaren techniekers werkzaam in de sectoren van Milling Solutions, Value Nutrition en Grain Quality & Supply.

Remote Support: Je biedt eerstelijns ondersteuning aan klanten en Field Service Engineers.

CS Support: Je maakt offertes en bestellingen van machine-onderdelen op in MyBühler en SAP en volgt deze op tot levering. Je beheert bestaande Bühler servicecontracten (berekenen, bespreken en opvolgen) Je promoot bij klanten onze services, contracten, MyBühler, etc. Je behandelt en volgt klachten op.

Coördinatie Field Service: Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een team van 3 Field Service Engineers. Je organiseert en coördineert hun technische jobs. Dit kan een preventieve of correctieve interventie zijn,een installatie of opleiding. Je volgt de interventierapporten van de Field Service Engineers op. Je ondersteunt, leidt, coacht en bouwt dit team verder uit.

Field Service: Je fungeert als back-up en geeft ondersteuning in kritische situaties Om voeling te houden met "the field" ga je mee naar klanten. Je blijft bij met de laatste ontwikkelingen door opleidingen te volgen en bedrijfskritische taken op je nemen.

  • Passie voor technologie en innovatie.
  • Bachelor of Ingenieursdiploma in een elektromechanische richting.
  • Je hebt reeds ervaring met het aansturen van een technisch team.
  • Ervaring als Coördinator is een plus.
  • Je kan terugvallen op een uitgebreide technische achtergrond, je begrijpt mechanische, elektrische en elektronische processen.
  • Grote verantwoordelijkheidszin, werkt nauwkeurig en precies.
  • Bereid om klanten te bezoeken in de Benelux regio (ongeveer 10%)
  • Je bent bereid om voor opleidingen te reizen (1 à 2 keer per jaar, 1 à 2 weken)
  • Sterke communicatieskills, je bent Nederlandstalig en spreekt vlot professioneel Engels, kennis van het Frans en/of Duits is een plus.
