Als Service Coördinator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige traject: van het opnemen en beoordelen van een situatie op locatie tot het organiseren, controleren en administratief afronden van de werkzaamheden. Je bent dus niet alleen bezig met plannen en communiceren. Je gaat zelf op locatie kijken, bouwkundige situaties opnemen en beoordelen of werkzaamheden correct zijn uitgevoerd. Met jouw technische kennis weet je wat er nodig is en kun je klanten, vakmensen en onderaannemers gericht aansturen. Wat ga je doen? Als Service Coördinator behandel je uiteenlopende bouwkundige meldingen en werkzaamheden. Je wisselt kantoorwerk af met bezoeken aan locaties en zorgt dat ieder servicetraject goed wordt opgepakt en afgerond. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - In behandeling nemen en beoordelen van storings- en servicemeldingen. - Op locatie opnemen van bouwkundige situaties, gebreken en werkzaamheden. - Beoordelen wat er technisch aan de hand is en welke oplossing nodig is. - Vaststellen welke werkzaamheden uitgevoerd moeten worden en welke vakmensen daarvoor nodig zijn. - Opstellen van een kostenopgaaf wanneer dit van toepassing is. - Uitzetten en coördineren van werkzaamheden bij vakmensen en onderaannemers. - Plannen en bewaken van de voortgang van service- en onderhoudswerkzaamheden. - Controleren en keuren van uitgevoerd werk op locatie en beoordelen of dit volgens afspraak en kwaliteitseisen is uitgevoerd. - Signaleren van eventuele gebreken of vervolgwerkzaamheden. - Contact onderhouden met klanten, collega's, vakmensen en onderaannemers. - Zorgen voor een goede administrati...
