Service Coördinator Aftersales Ben jij klantgericht, houd je van organiseren en heb je affiniteit met techniek en voertuigen? Vind je het leuk om te schakelen tussen klanten, monteurs, leveranciers en collega's? Wat ga je doen? Als Service Coördinator ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor klanten nadat hun voertuig door ons is afgeleverd. Je zorgt ervoor dat storingen, reparaties, onderhoud en andere servicevragen goed worden opgepakt en opgevolgd. Je werkt in een technische B2B-omgeving met bedrijfswagens, carrosserieën en professionele klanten. Je bent de verbindende factor tussen klant en werkplaats. Je houdt overzicht, regelt wat nodig is en zorgt dat onze monteurs goed voorbereid aan de slag kunnen. En dat doe je bij ons gewoon van maandag tot en met vrijdag. Geen koopavonden of zaterdagen en uitsluitend B2B klantcontact. Wel een afwisselende servicefunctie binnen een technische organisatie, met zakelijke klanten en veel contact met de werkplaats. Wat ga je doen? - Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten bij storingen, reparaties en servicevragen. - Je neemt reparatieverzoeken aan en zorgt voor een goede opvolging. - Je plant werkzaamheden in bij onze servicemonteurs en stemt deze af met andere afdelingen en externe partijen. - Je stelt offertes en prijsopgaven op voor reparaties, onderhoud en aanpassingen. - Je zorgt dat monteurs beschikken over de juiste materialen, informatie en documentatie. - Je houdt klanten op de hoogte van de voortgang en gemaakte afspraken. Je onderhoudt contact met leveranciers, verzekeraars en leasemaatschappijen. - Je verwerkt uren, materialen en werkzaamheden in het ERP-systeem en ondersteunt bij de facturatie. - Je signaleert klachten en verbeterpunten en denkt mee over hoe we onze service verder kunnen verbeteren. - Kortom: jij zorgt ervoor dat alles rondom een servicevraag goed geregeld is, van de eerste melding tot het moment waarop de klant weer verder kan.
