Jij bent de communicatieve schakel tussen de klant met een acuut probleem en onze servicetechnici in het veld. Dankzij jouw strakke planning en heldere communicatie draaien de gebouwinstallaties van onze opdrachtgevers altijd door. Vragen? Neem contact op met Robin Plazier Wat je doet als Service coördinator In deze gevarieerde rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse sturing van de service- en onderhoudstak: - Je neemt storingsmeldingen, onderhoudsaanvragen en verzoeken voor kleine aanpassingen aan van klanten en verwerkt deze direct in het ERP-systeem. - Je maakt de dag- en weekplanning voor de servicetechnici E en W en houdt rekening met reistijden, prioriteiten en de juiste vakdisciplines. - Je vraagt prijzen op voor benodigde onderdelen, bestelt materialen en volgt de levertijden nauwlettend op. - Je bereidt de facturatie voor van afgeronde storingen en onderhoudsbeurten en zorgt voor een correcte administratieve afhandeling. Hier herken jij je in Jij bent stressbestendig, klantgericht en weet snel de juiste prioriteiten te stellen. - MBO-4 diploma in een technische of logistieke/administratieve richting - Enige ervaring opgedaan in een soortgelijke rol (bijvoorbeeld als planner, werkvoorbereider of service coördinator) binnen de installatietechniek of bouw - Communicatief sterk in het Nederlands en hebt affiniteit met gebouwgebonden installaties (E en W) - Woont in de regio Noord-Limburg of directe omgeving Dit krijg jij Je krijgt een veelzijdige spilfunctie binnen een gezellig en professioneel team: - Een aantrekkelijk salaris tussen de € 3.500,- en € 4.700,- bruto per maand, afhankelijk van jouw ervaring - Goede secundaire voorwa...
