Je combineert technisch inzicht met een sterke organisatorische aanpak en zorgt ervoor dat serviceaanvragen en projecten efficiënt en kwalitatief worden opgevolgd.

Wat ga je doen als Service Coördinator regio Waregem?

  • Fungeren als technisch aanspreekpunt voor klanten en techniekers tijdens service- en projecttrajecten
  • Inplannen, organiseren en opvolgen van interventies zodat alles efficiënt en volgens afspraak verloopt
  • Technische dossiers analyseren en samen met collega's zoeken naar duurzame oplossingen
  • Projecten en installaties van dichtbij opvolgen, zowel intern als bij de klant
  • Coördineren van de samenwerking tussen klanten, leveranciers en interne afdelingen
  • Actief meedenken over optimalisaties die de serviceverlening en interne werking verder verbeteren
