Dit alles binnen een dynamisch werkveld waar maritieme techniek centraal staat. - Plannen en coördineren van werkzaamheden voor monteurs. - Het beantwoorden van technische vragen van klanten en interne teams. - Zorgdragen voor een optimale afstemming tussen klant en monteurs. - Ondersteunen bij het opstellen van rapportages en evaluaties. - Bouwen aan duurzame relaties met klanten en partners in de maritieme sector. Functie-eisen Om de rol van Service coördinator succesvol te vervullen, beschik je over een combinatie van technische kennis en organisatorisch talent. Ervaring in de maritieme sector is een pre, maar niet per se een vereiste. Verder ben je communicatief sterk en weet je snel te schakelen tussen verschillende taken en prioriteiten. - Een afgeronde mbo- of hbo-opleiding, bij voorkeur in een technische richting. - 1-3 jaar relevante werkervaring, idealiter in een vergelijkbare functie binnen de maritieme techniek. - Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling. - Organisatorische vaardigheden en een klantgerichte instelling. - Bereidheid om deels vanuit huis te werken en flexibel in je werkhouding.
