Service Coördinator Werkplaats

Ben jij technisch aangelegd, sterk in planning en hou je ervan om het overzicht te bewaren? Zoek je een gevarieerde functie waarin je techniek, organisatie en klantencontact kan combineren? Dan is deze functie als Service Coördinator Werkplaats misschien wel jouw volgende uitdaging!

Jouw taken:

  • Als Service Coördinator Werkplaats ben jij de spilfiguur binnen de werkplaats. Je zorgt ervoor dat onderhoud en herstellingen aan (bouw)machines efficiënt worden ingepland, uitgevoerd en opgevolgd.

Concreet sta je in voor:

  • Het plannen en coördineren van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden in de werkplaats.
  • Het verdelen van de werkzaamheden onder de techniekers.
  • Het ondersteunen van techniekers bij technische vragen en interventies.
  • Het opvolgen van onderhoud en herstellingen zodat machines zo snel mogelijk opnieuw operationeel zijn.
  • Het communiceren met klanten over de planning, voortgang en eventuele complexere werkzaamheden.
  • Het bewaken van de kwaliteit, timing en kosten van de uitgevoerde werken.
  • Het uitvoeren van eindcontroles op machines voordat deze opnieuw worden afgeleverd.
  • Het inschakelen en opvolgen van externe partners indien nodig.
  • Het correct verwerken en opvolgen van informatie in het ERP-systeem.
  • Het rapporteren van uitzonderlijke kosten, aandachtspunten en belangrijke feedback vanuit de werkplaats.

Wie zoeken we?

Voor deze functie zoeken we iemand die technische kennis combineert met organisatorisch talent en graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt.

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor in een technische richting of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt een sterke affiniteit met techniek en machines.
  • Ervaring binnen een werkplaatsomgeving is een grote troef, bijvoorbeeld als technieker, voorman, planner of servicecoördinator.
  • Je werkt georganiseerd en kan vlot prioriteiten stellen.
  • Je bent praktisch en oplossingsgericht ingesteld.
  • Je communiceert vlot met techniekers, klanten en externe partners.
  • Je bent klantgericht en houdt ook tijdens drukke momenten het hoofd koel.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en volgt werkzaamheden nauwgezet op.
