Als Service Coördinator ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor klanten na oplevering van een project. Je zorgt ervoor dat klachten en meldingen snel worden opgepakt en dat de juiste vakspecialisten worden ingezet. Je bent de schakel tussen de klant, de uitvoering en de onderaannemers. Jouw doel? Tevreden klanten en een vlekkeloze afronding van elk project. Je dag begint vaak met het doornemen van binnengekomen meldingen. Dat kan variëren van een lekkende kraan tot een krakend parket of een probleem met de ventilatie. Je beoordeelt de urgentie, plant de juiste monteur of vakman in en zorgt dat de klant op de hoogte wordt gehouden. Je bent regelmatig op locatie om de voortgang te controleren en om zelf een inschatting te maken van de situatie. Daarnaast houd je nauw contact met de projectleiders en uitvoerders om te zorgen dat gebreken die tijdens de bouw zijn ontstaan, worden hersteld voordat de garantieperiode afloopt. Jouw takenpakket omvat: - Coördineren van servicemeldingen en klachten na oplevering van projecten; - Plannen en aansturen van monteurs en onderaannemers voor herstelwerkzaamheden; - Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor klanten, bewoners en opdrachtgevers; - Uitvoeren van locatiebezoeken om de aard en omvang van gebreken te beoordelen; - Bewaken van garantietermijnen en zorgen dat herstelwerkzaamheden tijdig worden uitgevoerd; - Registreren en rapporteren van meldingen in het systeem en zorgen voor een goede administratie; - Samenwerken met projectleiders en uitvoerders om structurele problemen te signaleren en op te lossen; - Bijdragen aan klanttevredenheid door proactief en oplossingsgericht te handelen.

Je werkt nauw samen met collega's van verschillende disciplines: van timmerlieden en loodgieters tot stukadoors en elektriciens. Je hebt dagelijks contact met klanten en zorgt ervoor dat zij zich gehoord voelen. Jouw communicatie
